Cycle time for 1 testpoint in a depht of about 0,5 mm will be 60 - 70 seconds.

The workpiece will be loaded by a robotics. On a rotary table the workpiece will be swivel in to the hardness tester axis.
The surface preparation will be done by milling in a selected depht.

The roundmaterial can be loaded from some boxes inside of a CE-fence. The NOT-OK samples will be sorted to an extra box. This system is a fully automatic system.

It could be possible to load and unload the workpiece on a roller conveyor too. 

The hardness testing machine is the BHT-M 500 with surface preparation and testmethod of HBW10/3000.

In the picture below there is a special solution for workpiece inline with sorting box. It will be a semiautomatic solution with surface preparation as well. Testmethod will be HBW10/3000.
